(24a) With respect to European third countries, it must be taken into account that concerns regarding human rights and refugee protection, in particular with regard to the Roma and other ethnic minorities, are well documented, as are instances of claimants having to flee a European third country after initially claiming asylum in it, due to human rights abuses against the claimant resulting from negative changes to the state's internal stability.
(24a) In Bezug auf europäische Drittländer ist der Tatsache Rechnung zu tragen, dass Befürchtungen hinsichtlich der Menschenrechte und des Flüchtlingsschutzes, insbesondere bei Roma und anderen ethnischen Minderheiten, genau belegt sein müssen, wie auch die Fälle von Asylbewerbern, die aus einem europäischen Drittland fliehen mussten, nachdem sie dort zunächst Asyl beantragt hatten, weil die Menschenrechte dieser Asylbewerber aufgrund negativer Veränderungen in Bezug auf die innere Stabilität des Landes verletzt wurden.
