The Commission has decided to terminate the Article 93(2) proceedings which it had initiated in respect of social aid for the conversion of Victorio Luzuriaga SA from the ECSC steel sector (in overcapacity) to nodular and grey cast iron (sector which is not sensitive or covered by a framework).
Die Kommission stellt ein Verfahren nach Artikel 93 Absatz 2 EWG-Vertrag ein, das sie wegen Sozialbeihilfen an das Unternehmen Victorio Luzuriaga S.A. für die Umstellung vom EGKS-Sektor (mit Überkapazitäten belastet) auf den Kugelgraphitguß- und Graugußeisensektor (der weder als empfindlich gilt noch Beschränkungen unterliegt) eingeleitet hatte.
