6. A credit institution which, as defined in the first subparagraph of paragraph 5, is affiliated to a central body in the same Member State may also be exempted from the provisions of Article 5, and also Articles 40 to 51, and 65 provided that, without prejudice to the application of those provisions to the central body, the whole as constituted by the central body together with its affiliated institutions is subject to the abovementioned provisions a consolidated basis.
(6) Kreditinstitute, die im Sinne von Absatz 5 Unterabsatz 1 einer Zentralorganisation im gleichen Mitgliedstaat zugeordnet sind, können ebenfalls von der Anwendung des Artikels 5, der Artikel 40 bis 51 und des Artikels 65 ausgenommen werden, sofern die Gesamtheit, bestehend aus der Zentralorganisation und den ihr zugeordneten Kreditinstituten - unbeschadet der Anwendung der genannten Vorschriften auf die Zentralorganisation selbst -, diesen Vorschriften auf konsolidierter Basis unterliegt.
