whereas the petroleum industry will only put in place the necessary comprehensive infrastructure for new fuels when there is a sufficient demand for biofuels, but whereas the motor industry has made technological advances permitting any mixture of petrol and biofuels to be detected by a sensor in the vehicle, a device which will also enable older vehicles to run on biofuels, thus achieving CO2 emissions reductions over the whole range of existing vehicles,
in der Erwägung, dass die Mineralölindustrie erst bei einer entsprechenden Nachfrage nach Biokraftstoffen flächendeckend die notwendige Infrastruktur für neue Treibstoffe aufbauen wird, dass es jedoch seitens der Automobilindustrie technologische Forschritte gibt, jedes Mischungsverhältnis von Benzin und Biotreibstoff über einen Sensor im Fahrzeug zu ermitteln, und es diese zusätzliche technische Ausstattung ermöglicht, auch ältere Fahrzeuge mit Biotreibstoff zu betanken, um so zu CO2-Emissionsreduktionen über den gesamten Fahrzeugbestand zu gelangen,
