Looks to the Commission, by 2015, to review the implementation of the third driving licence directive and bring it into line with changing circumstances, and calls, inter alia, for due account to be taken of the fact that the private use of M1 vehicles with a weight in excess of 3,5 tonnes – in particular mobile homes – is de facto no longer possible; calls for training in driving mobile homes with a weight only marginally in excess of the 3,5-tonne limit to be open not only to persons with the category C licence intended for drivers of commercial vehicles, but also to persons with the category B licence intended for private road users;
53. erwartet von der Kommission bis 2015 eine Überprüfung der Umsetzung der 3. Führerscheinrichtlinie und eine Anpassung an sich verändernde Rahmenbedingungen und fordert, unter anderem der Tatsache Rechnung zu tragen, dass der private Gebrauch von M1-Fahrzeugen über 3,5 t – das betrifft insbesondere Reisemobile – heute de facto nicht möglich ist; fordert, dass die Führerscheinausbildung für Reisemobile, die die 3,5-t-Grenze nur unwesentlich überschreiten, nicht nur mit dem kommerziell orientierten C-Führerschein, sondern auch mit dem auf private Zwecke abgestimmten B-Führerschein möglich sein sollte;
