In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form arising from the National Radioactive Waste Repository located adjacent to the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant site in Slovakia, during its normal operational life and after its final closure, as well as in the event of accidents of the type and magnitude considered in the General Data, is not liable to result in a radioactive contamination significant from the point of view of health, of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State.
Zusammenfassend ist die Kommission der Ansicht, dass nicht davon auszugehen ist, dass die Durchführung des Plans zur Ableitung radioaktiver Stoffe aller Art aus dem nationalen Endlager für radioaktive Abfälle, das sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Kernkraftwerks Mochovce in der Slowakei befindet, im normalen Betrieb, nach dem endgültigen Verschluss und bei einem Unfall der in den Allgemeinen Angaben betrachteten Art und Größenordnung zu einer unter gesundheitlichen Gesichtspunkten signifikanten radioaktiven Kontamination des Wassers, Bodens oder Luftraums eines anderen Mitgliedstaats führen wird.
