(2) Grundlage der Ermittlung gemäß Absatz 1 bildet die Auswertung aller gemäß den Kapiteln II, III, IV, V, VIII, X und XI eingeholten Informationen oder gegebenenfalls anderer sachdienlicher Informationen, wie z. B. Fangdaten, Handelsdaten der nationalen Statistikämter und anderer zuverlässiger Quellen, Schiffsregister und -datenbanken, Fangdokumente oder statistische Dokumente und von regionalen Fischereiorganisationen aufgestellte Listen von IUU-Schiffen, sowie sonstiger Informationen, die in Häfen und Fanggebieten eingeholt wurden.
