With the approval of the Bureau, a Member may, on the basis of a reasoned decision, be denied the right to inspect a Parliament document if, after having heard the Member concerned, the Bureau comes to the conclusion that such inspection would cause unacceptable damage to Parliament’s institutional interests or to the public interest, and that the Member concerned is seeking to inspect the document for private and personal reasons.
Mit Zustimmung des Präsidiums kann einem Mitglied durch eine mit Gründen versehene Entscheidung die Einsichtnahme in ein Dokument des Parlaments verweigert werden, wenn das Präsidium nach Anhörung des Mitglieds zu der Überzeugung gelangt, dass die Einsichtnahme zu einer nicht hinnehmbaren Beeinträchtigung der institutionellen Belange des Parlaments oder des öffentlichen Interesses führen würde und dass sie von dem Mitglied aus privaten und persönlichen Motiven begehrt wird.
