Auf die Einfuhren von Kathodenstrahlröhren für Farbfernsehempfangsgeräte mit einer diagonalen Abmessung des Bildschirms (d.h. des aktiven Teils der Bildröhre, gemessen in einer geraden Linie) von mehr als 33 cm bis 38 cm, mit einem Verhältnis der Breite zur Höhe des Bildschirms von weniger als 1,5 und mit einem Pitch (d.i. der Abstand zwischen zwei Zeilen der gleichen Farbe in der Mitte des Bildschirms) von nicht weniger als 0,4 mm des KN-Codes ex 8540 11 11 (TARIC-Code 8540 11 11 * 94) mit Ursprung in Indien und der Republik Korea wird ein endgültiger Antidumpingzoll eingeführt.
