With regard to donor anonymity in the case of gametes, and the proposal which has been made, to the effect that such anonymity should be removed, I wonder whether, if this happened, there might be a risk that donors of sperm and oocytes, of which even now there are not enough to satisfy demand, would be put off from entering into such a commitment.
Im Zusammenhang mit der Anonymität der Spender von Gameten und dem Vorschlag einer möglichen Aufhebung dieser Anonymität drängt sich mir die Frage auf, ob in diesem Fall nicht zu befürchten wäre, dass Sperma- und Ovozytenspender, deren Anzahl schon jetzt nicht ausreicht, um alle Nachfragen befriedigen zu können, dann von weiteren Spenden abgehalten werden könnten.
