The banks have provided a guarantee on the first capital increase amounting to EUR 300 million, short-term liquidity amounting to EUR 300 million (measure 2), a syndicated bonding facility on which their real exposure will amount to EUR 6,05 billion (measure 3), a PSDD amounting to EUR 1,2 billion, ORA bonds worth EUR 900 million and a guarantee on the placing of the new capital increase amounting to EUR 800 million to EUR 1 billion, of which EUR 700 million will be used to finance the cash collateral.
Die Banken haben folgende Elemente eingebracht: eine Bürgschaft für die erste Kapitalerhöhung in Höhe von 300 Mio. EUR, kurzfristige Liquidität in Höhe von 300 Mio. EUR (Maßnahme 2), eine Ausfallbürgschaft, bei der sich ihre tatsächliche Exposition auf 6,05 Mrd. EUR beläuft (Maßnahme 3), ein PSDD in Höhe von 1,2 Mrd. EUR, ORA für 900 Mio. EUR und schließlich eine Sicherheit für die Platzierung der neuen Kapitalerhöhung von 0,8 bis 1 Mrd. EUR, wovon 700 Mio. für die Finanzierung der Barsicherheit verwendet werden.
