Following the crisis, we will realise that the models that we were accustomed to have failed and that if we really want to create jobs, the labour market will have to start looking at atypical contracts, whether they relate to part-time work, casual or temporary shift work, working from home, or telecommuting, as normal ways of working, without losing in security what we will gain in dynamism and flexibility.
Nach der Krise werden wir feststellen, dass die Modelle, an die wir gewohnt waren, versagt haben und dass man auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, um wirklich Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, damit beginnen muss, atypische Verträge, egal ob diese sich auf Teilzeitarbeit, Gelegenheits- oder vorübergehende Schichtarbeit, das Arbeiten von zu Hause oder das Verrichten von Telearbeit beziehen, als normale Arten der Arbeit zu betrachten, ohne dabei das an Sicherheit zu verlieren, was wir an Dynamik und Flexibilität gewinnen.
