(1d) When carrying out a reform it is necessary to consider all possible options with a rigorous assessment of its impact on rural communities, and especially the less developed ones, the social impact on small-scale producers, the protection of the consumer's right to obtain natural olive oil identified as such, the heritage value of ancient olive trees, the environment and territorial occupation, and the European budget.
(1d) Bei der Durchführung einer Reform ist es notwendig, alle möglichen Optionen zu prüfen und im Hinblick auf ihre Auswirkungen auf die ländlichen Gemeinden, insbesondere die weniger entwickelten, ihre sozialen Auswirkungen auf Kleinerzeuger, die Wahrung des Rechts der Verbraucher auf naturbelassenes und als solches identifiziertes Olivenöl, den kulturhistorischen Wert alter Olivenbäume, die Umwelt und die Raumordnung sowie die Auswirkungen auf den Gemeinschaftshaushalt einer strengen Bewertung zu unterziehen.
