(b) level of quality of operations as assessed on the basis of a representative flight schedule including, where relevant, efficient use of staff and equipment, last acceptance of baggage and cargo, delivery times for baggage and cargo, ability to ensure secure and responsible handling of luggage and equipment and maximum turnaround times;
(b) Qualitätsniveau des Betriebs, beurteilt nach einem repräsentativen Flugplan sowie ggf. effizientem Personal- und Materialeinsatz, letzter Annahme von Gepäck und Fracht, Lieferzeiten für Gepäck und Fracht, der Fähigkeit zur Gewährleistung der sicheren und verantwortungsvollen Abfertigung von Gepäck und Ausrüstung sowie maximalen Turnaroundzeiten;
