14. Notes that, at the end of 2009, the financial statements regarding the on-going amount of guarantees received in respect of prefinancing included an amount of EUR 413 600 000 and that this amount was understated by EUR 82 300 000, or 19.9 %; notes also the fact that the amount of the retention guarantees in respect of the financial statements was EUR 186 200 000 and that this amount was overstated by EUR 58 400 000, or 31.4 %; calls on the Commission to explain on a case-by-case basis the reasons for these under-and overstatements;
14. stellt fest, dass in den Jahresabschlüssen bezüglich des laufenden Betrags der für Vorfinanzierungen erhaltenen Garantien zum Jahresende 2009 ein Betrag in Höhe von 413 600 000 EUR angegeben war und dass dieser Betrag um 82 300 000 EUR bzw. 19,9 % zu niedrig angesetzt war; stellt ferner fest, dass sich der Betrag der Einbehaltungsgarantien hinsichtlich der Jahresabschlüsse auf 186 200 000 EUR belief und dass dieser Betrag um 58 400 000 EUR bzw. 31,4 % zu hoch angesetzt war; fordert die Kommission auf, im Einzelnen die Gründe dafür anzugeben, weshalb die betreffenden Beträge zu niedrig bzw. zu hoch angesetzt wurden;
