(b) like the SNA, the concepts in the ESA are also harmonized with those in the major international guidelines on some other economic statistics, in particular the IMF Balance of Payments Manual (BPM), the IMF Government Finance Statistics (GFS), the OECD Revenue Statistics and the ILO resolutions on the concepts of employment, hours worked and labour costs.
b) Die Konzepte des ESVG sind ebenso wie die des SNA auch auf die Konzepte wichtiger internationaler Leitlinien für bestimmte andere Wirtschaftsstatistiken abgestimmt, wie auf das Zahlungsbilanz-Handbuch des IWF, das Handbuch des IWF über die staatliche Finanzstatistik, die OECD-Richtlinien über die Steuern und Sozialbeiträge und auf die konzeptionellen Empfehlungen der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (ILO) zu den Erwerbstätigen, den geleisteten Arbeitsstunden und den Arbeitskosten.
