Further to the Council's very clear answer to my question at the part-session in March 2000, in which the President of the Council confirmed that Austria is a full member of the EU and continues to take part on an equal footing in EU cooperation, will the Council say why the Austrian Chancellor had to meet the Presidency in Brussels prior to the Lisbon Summit instead of the customary practice of the President of the Council visiting the capital city of the Member State?
