5. Recognises that, despite the many shortcomings in the electoral process, the positive outcome of the elections – the high turnout, the fact that results according to party lists coincided closely with preliminary exit-poll data, and the fact that new political forces were able to overcome the electoral threshold – reflects the desire of the citizens of Ukraine to live in a democratic and pluralistic society;
5. erkennt ungeachtet der vielen Mängel im Verlauf der Wahlen an, dass der positive Ausgang der Wahlen – die hohe Wahlbeteiligung, die Tatsache, dass die Wahlergebnisse entsprechend der Parteienlisten eine hohe Übereinstimmung mit den vorläufigen Ergebnissen von Wählerumfragen aufwiesen, und die Tatsache, dass neue politische Kräfte die Hürde für den Einzug ins Parlament überwinden konnten – den Wunsch der Bürger der Ukraine widerspiegelt, in einer demokratischen und pluralistischen Gesellschaft zu leben;
