K. whereas Chihuri’s presence in an EU Member State is doubly offensive, firstly as blatant defiance of the EU’s sanctions and secondly in that the police force that he commands is an instrument for the oppression of the people of Zimbabwe, while it is alleged that Chihuri himself has corruptly benefited from Mugabe’s land seizure policies,
K. in der Erwägung, dass Chihuris Anwesenheit in einem EU-Mitgliedstaat doppelt anstößig ist, zunächst einmal als flagrante Missachtung der EU-Sanktionen und darüber hinaus aus dem Grund, dass es sich bei der Polizeitruppe, deren Befehlshaber er ist, um ein Instrument zur Unterdrückung der Bevölkerung von Simbabwe handelt, wobei auch behauptet wird, dass Chihuri selbst durch Korruption von der Landenteignungspolitik Mugabes profitiert hat,
