3. Where a competent authority is convinced that acts contrary to the provisions of this Directive are being, or have been, carried out on the territory of another Member State or that acts are affecting financial instruments traded on a regulated market situated in another Member State, it shall give notice of that fact in as specific a manner as possible to the competent authority of the other Member State.
(3) Ist eine zuständige Behörde überzeugt, dass Verstöße gegen diese Richtlinie im Hoheitsgebiet eines anderen Mitgliedstaats erfolgen oder erfolgt sind oder dass Finanzinstrumente, die auf einem geregelten Markt in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat gehandelt werden, durch Handlungen betroffen sind, so teilt sie dies der zuständigen Behörde des anderen Mitgliedstaats so konkret wie möglich mit.
