Where the information sheet is duly drawn up by the competent EFTA customs office for a product as referred to in the first subparagraph being brought back into the customs territory of the Community, that document shall be regarded as equivalent to the accompanying document for transport as far as the customs office either of destination in the Community or of release for home use, provided that the document contains, in the box "Description of goods", the information specified in the first subparagraph.
Wird bei der Wiedereinfuhr von in Unterabsatz 1 genannten Erzeugnissen in das Zollgebiet der Gemeinschaft der Nämlichkeitsschein ordnungsgemäß durch die zuständige Zollstelle des EFTA-Landes ergänzt, so gilt dieser als Begleitdokument für die Beförderung bis zur Bestimmungszollstelle in der Gemeinschaft oder bis zu der Zollstelle, an der das Erzeugnis zum freien Verkehr abgefertigt wird, vorausgesetzt, dass in dem für die Warenbezeichnung vorgesehenen Feld die in Unterabsatz 1 genannten Angaben eingetragen sind.
