– (EL) The Communist Party of Greece is voting against the report because it endorses and follows the rationale of the Commission Communication on Ports, which promotes the EU’s fixed objective of privatising the ports. The privatisation of ports has been blocked until now by the port workers’ struggle, but has not been abandoned by the EU, because it is a key objective of EU capital.
– (EL) Die Kommunistische Partei Griechenlands stimmt gegen diesen Bericht, weil er das Grundprinzip der Mitteilung der Kommission über Häfen befürwortet und befolgt, in der das erklärte Ziel der EU, die Häfen zu privatisieren, unterstützt wird. Die Privatisierung von Häfen wurde bisher durch den Kampf der Hafenarbeiter blockiert, von der EU jedoch nicht aufgegeben, da sie eines der Kernziele des EU-Kapitals ist.
