(ba) ‘oil and gas installation’ means a stationary fixed or mobile facility, or a combination of facilities permanently interconnected by bridges or other structures, used for offshore oil or gas operations or in connection with those operations; this includes mobile offshore drilling units only if they are stationed in offshore waters for drilling, production or other activities associated with offshore oil or gas operations, as well as infrastructure and facilities used to bring the oil and gas onshore and to onshore terminals;
ba) „Öl- und Gasanlage” ist eine fest installierte oder mobile Anlage oder eine Kombination von dauerhaft durch Brücken oder andere Strukturen untereinander verbundenen Anlagen, die für Offshore-Erdöl- oder -Erdgasaktivitäten oder im Zusammenhang damit verwendet wird; dies können auch bewegliche Offshore-Bohreinheiten sein, sofern sie zum Zweck der Bohrung, der Erzeugung oder anderer Aktivitäten in Zusammenhang mit Offshore-Erdöl- und -Erdgasaktivitäten installiert wurden, sowie Infrastrukturanlagen und Ausrüstungen, deren Zweck es ist, das auf See geförderte Öl und Gas an Land und zu den Umschlaganlagen an Land zu transportieren;
