Obst, Gemüse oder Pilze, von denen keines nach seinem Gewichtsanteil deutlich dominiert und die mit potenziell veränderlichen Anteilen in einer Mischung als Zutat für ein Lebensmittel verwendet werden, | können im Zutatenverzeichnis unter der Bezeichnung „Obst“, „Gemüse“ oder „Pilze“ zusammengefasst werden, gefolgt von der Wendung „in veränderlichen Gewichtsanteilen“, wobei unmittelbar danach die vorhandenen Obst-, Gemüse- oder Pilzsorten aufzuführen sind.
