At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council codifying Council Directive 89/396/EEC of 14 June 1989 on indications or marks identifying the lot to which a foodstuff belongs resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s concluding, without dissent, that the proposal is a straightforward codification of existing texts, without any change in their substance.
Bei der Prüfung des Vorschlag für eine Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zur Kodifizierung der Richtlinie 89/396/EWG des Rates vom 14. Juni 1989 über Angaben oder Marken, mit denen sich das Los, zu dem ein Lebensmittel gehört, feststellen lässt hat die beratende Gruppe übereinstimmend festgestellt, dass sich der Vorschlag auf eine reine Kodifizierung ohne inhaltliche Änderung der zugrunde liegenden Rechtsakte beschränkt.
