(2) Die Produktgruppe „Innen- und Außenfarben und -lacke“ umfasst: Fußbodenbeschichtungsstoffe und -farben, auf Wunsch nicht gewerblicher oder gewerblicher Innengestalter vom Vertreiber abgetönte Produkte, Abtönungssysteme sowie nach dem Kundenbedarf vom Hersteller vorbehandelte, getönte oder zubereitete flüssige oder pastose Dekorationsbeschichtungsstoffe, einschließlich Holzfarben, Holzbeizen und -lasuren, Beschichtungsstoffe für Mauerwerk und Metallschlussanstrichstoffe, Grundierungen und Voranstrichstoffe für solche Produktsysteme gemäß der Definitionen in Anhang I der Richtlinie 2004/42/EG.
