The transfer of responsibility to the European GNSS Agency for tasks associated with the operational management of the Galileo and EGNOS programmes and their exploitation should be gradual and conditional on the successful completion of an appropriate handover review as well as on the readiness of the European GNSS Agency to take on such tasks, in order to secure those programmes' continuity.
Die Übertragung der Verantwortung für Aufgaben, die mit dem Betriebsmanagement der Programme Galileo und EGNOS und ihrem Betrieb zusammenhängen, auf die Agentur für das Europäische GNSS sollte schrittweise und unter der Bedingung erfolgen, dass eine angemessene Übergabeüberprüfung erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde und die Agentur für das Europäische GNSS zur Übernahme solcher Aufgaben bereit ist, um die Kontinuität dieser Programme sicherzustellen.
