At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council codifying Council Directive 86/298/EEC of 26 May 1986 on rear-mounted roll-over protection structures of narrow-track wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s concluding, without dissent, that the proposal is a straightforward codification of existing texts, without any change in their substance.
Bei der Prüfung des Vorschlags für eine Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zur Kodifizierung der Richtlinie 86/298/EWG des Rates vom 26. Mai 1986 über hinten angebrachte Umsturzschutzvorrichtungen an land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Schmalspurzugmaschinen auf Rädern hat die beratende Gruppe übereinstimmend festgestellt, dass sich der Vorschlag auf eine reine Kodifizierung ohne inhaltliche Änderung der zugrunde liegenden Rechtsakte beschränkt.
