They have full potential to be a cheap, easy and quick solution to install EIT headquarters, but also for EIT to host big conferences, seminars, training actions and courses, as well as technology or science exhibitions, with plenty of big and small meeting rooms (or classrooms), offices, bars and restaurants, even several hundreds of rooms with full bathing facilities where participants in these events, coming from all over the world, could be accommodated for free.
