d) Examine and, where appropriate, propose adaptations of EU regulations in relevant sectors in light of the above paying particular, but not exclusive, attention to (i) toxicity thresholds, (ii) measurement and emission thresholds, (iii) labelling requirements, (iv) risk assessment and exposure thresholds and (v) production and import thresholds, below which a substance may be exempt from regulation, are typically based upon mass quantities.
d) die EU-Vorschriften in einschlägigen Bereichen angesichts des vorstehend Gesagten prüfen und ggf. Anpassungen vorschlagen, wobei sie besonders, aber nicht ausschließlich, auf Folgendes achtet: i) Toxizitätsgrenzwerte, ii) Messungen und Emissionsgrenzwerte, iii) Kennzeichnungsanforderungen, iv) Risikobewertung und Expositionsschwellen und v) Produktions- und Einfuhrschwellen, unterhalb derer ein Stoff von einer typischerweise für große Mengen geltenden Regulierung ausgenommen werden kann.
