‘Citizens of the European Union and the Republic of Azerbaijan who have lost their identity documents, or from whom these documents have been stolen while staying in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan or the Member States, may leave the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan or the Member States on the basis of valid identity documents entitling them to cross the border issued by diplomatic missions or consular posts of the Member States or of the Republic of Azerbaijan without any visa or other authorisation’.
„Unionsbürger und Staatsbürger der Republik Aserbaidschan, die ihre Ausweispapiere verloren haben oder deren Papiere während ihres Aufenthalts im Hoheitsgebiet der Republik Aserbaidschan bzw. eines Mitgliedstaats gestohlen wurden, können mit gültigen Ausweispapieren, die von einer diplomatischen Mission oder einer konsularischen Vertretung eines Mitgliedstaats bzw. der Republik Aserbaidschan ausgestellt wurden und sie zum Grenzübertritt berechtigen, ohne Visum oder sonstige Genehmigung das Hoheitsgebiet der Republik Aserbaidschan oder der Mitgliedstaaten verlassen.“
