Jahrhundert, das ius ad bellum und das ius in bello geboren wurden, und zu diesem Zweck haben wir auch für den Monat Mai eine Beratung in Salamanca einberufen, zu der natürlich die Vertreter aller Länder der Union und auch von Drittländern sowie das Internationale Komitee vom Roten Kreuz eingeladen sind.
