Is it not time to offer European citizens a multilingual and flexible educational model which takes account of their mobility and their wish to offer their children a genuinely European education, whilst safeguarding the achievements of the existing system: the teaching of each pupil's mother tongue, the use of teachers who are native speakers of the language in which a subject is taught, the final diploma and the recognition of that diploma by all the EU Member States?
Ist es nicht an der Zeit, den europäischen Bürgern ein mehrsprachiges und flexibles Schulmodell zu bieten, das sowohl ihrer Mobilität als auch ihrem Wunsch Rechnung trägt, ihren Kindern die Wahl einer wirklich europäischen Ausbildung zu ermöglichen und dabei an dem bisher Erreichten, nämlich Unterricht in der Muttersprache, Lehrer, die in ihrer Muttersprache unterrichten, das Abschlusszeugnis und seine Anerkennung durch alle Mitgliedstaaten der EU, festzuhalten?
