11. Urges the Commission to pursue the social objective which it set
itself during TiSA negotiations in the form of a ‘labour clause’; recalls that the provi
sions of social and employment legislation at both European and national levels, as
well as collective agreements and social standards, must be guaranteed in order to ensure quality of service; recalls that Member States’ and, where relevant, the EU’s social and employment po
...[+++]licies and labour conditions must not be negatively affected;
11. fordert die Kommission nachdrücklich auf, das soziale Ziel zu verfolgen, das sie sich bei den Verhandlungen über das TiSA mit der Klausel über Arbeitsbedingungen („labour clause“) selbst gesetzt hat; verweist darauf, dass die sozial- und arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften auf europäischer und nationaler Ebene sowie die Kollektivverträge und sozialen Standards garantiert werden müssen, um die Qualität der Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen; verweist darauf, dass die sozial- und beschäftigungspolitischen Maßnahmen der Mitgliedstaaten und gegebenenfalls der EU und die Arbeitsbedingungen nicht beeinträchtigt werden dürfen;
