The Commission has decided to send a reasoned opinion to Greece concerning the continued application of a Ministerial Decision adopted in 2005 on licences for trucks for use in the postal sector, which, in the Commission's view, is contrary to the provisions of the EU Postal Directive.
Die Kommission hat außerdem beschlossen, eine mit Gründen versehene Stellungnahme an Griechenland zu richten, weil das Land mit der fortgesetzten Anwendung eines Ministerialerlasses von 2005 über die Zulassung von LKW, die im Postsektor eingesetzt werden, nach Auffassung der Kommission gegen die EU-Postrichtlinie verstößt.
