The Community should provide for the common development of competitiveness strategies for industrial and service sectors, and for the promotion of best practices in relation to an entrepreneurial environment and culture, including skills, corporate social responsibility and equal gender opportunity, and promote through, inter alia, education and continuous training, and from school to higher education, the emergence of young entrepreneurs.
Die Gemeinschaft sollte für die gemeinsame Entwicklung von Wettbewerbsstrategien für Industrie- und Dienstleistungssektoren und für die Förderung von bewährten Verfahren in Zusammenhang mit dem Unternehmensumfeld und der Unternehmenskultur sorgen, einschließlich der Qualifikation, der sozialen Verantwortung der Unternehmen und der Chancengleichheit für Männer und Frauen, sowie Unternehmensgründungen von Jungunternehmern unter anderem über Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen vom Schul- bis zum Hochschulbereich fördern.
