9.‘air traffic flow management’ means a function ð service ï established with the objective of contributing to a safe, orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic by ensuring that ATC capacity is utilised to the maximum extent possible, and that the traffic volume is compatible with the capacities declared by the appropriate air traffic service providers;
9. „Verkehrsflussregelung“ bezeichnet eine Funktion ð Dienstleistung ï, die mit dem Ziel eingerichtet wird, zu einem sicheren, geordneten und reibungslosen Verkehrsfluss beizutragen, indem sichergestellt wird, dass die Kapazität der Flugverkehrskontrolle so weit wie möglich ausgeschöpft wird und dass das Verkehrsaufkommen mit den Kapazitäten vereinbar ist, die die entsprechenden Flugsicherungsorganisationen angegeben haben;
