B. whereas Malaysia is an active member of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (Unescap), the Colombo Plan promoting economic and social development in the Asia-Pacific region, the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM)), and the Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asian Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA); whereas Malaysia has also been a member of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) since its establishment in 1995, and
is a member of the Group of 77 (G7 ...[+++]7) developing countries, the Developing Eight (D-8), the G15 and the UN Human Rights Council (2010-2013), among others; B. in der Erwägung, dass Malaysia aktives Mitglied folgender Zusammenschlüsse ist: des Forums für asiatisch-pazifische wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit (APEC), der Organisation für Islamische Zusammenarbeit (OIC), der Bewegung der Blockfreien Staaten (NAM), der Asiatischen Entwicklungsbank (ADB), der UN-Wirtschafts- und Sozialkommission für Asien und den Pazifik (UNESCAP), des Colombo-Plans zur Förderung der wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Entwicklung in der asiatisch-pazifischen Region, der Ernährungs- und Landwirtschaftsorganisation der Vereinten Nationen (FAO), des Asien-Europa-Treffens (ASEM) und des Integrationsverbundes East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA), dem neben Malaysia Brunei Darussalam, Indonesien und die Philippinen angehören; in
