Jänner 2011, M.S.S., 30.696/09, beschriebenen, gleichkommen, handelt, eine andere Beurteilung des primär zuständigen Mitgliedstaates im Sinne der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 343/2003, ungeachtet des Urteils des EuGH vom 21. Dezember 2011, C-411/10 C-493/10, geboten?
