Die Ziele, Grundsätze und anderen wesentlichen Aspekte der Begriffsbestimmung, Bezeichnung und Aufmachung aromatisierter Weinerzeugnisse sowie des Schutzes geografischer Angaben werden vom Gesetzgeber festgelegt, während die Kommission ermächtigt werden sollte, mittels delegierter Rechtskate (Artikel 290 AEUV) die Produktionsverfahren, die Analysemethoden, die erforderlichen Änderungen der Begriffsbestimmungen, die Anforderungen, die Beschränkungen, die Verkehrsbezeichnungen und die Beschreibungen sowie die erforderlichen Vorschriften in Bezug auf die geografischen Angaben anzupassen.
