EMPHASIZES the importance of comparable and effective access to third-country markets and of full recourse to international standards where possible, with regard to mobile and personal communications technologies, equipment and services; 6. NOTES the Commission's intention of supporting the creation of a European Mobile and Personal Communications Services Forum; 7. NOTES the proposals put forward by the Commission in its communication; 8. INVITES the Commission to propose to the European Parliament and the Council measures which will contribute to the achievement of the priority objectives and principal additional action referred to above; 9. REQUESTS THE COMMISSION TO REPORT TO THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL on the progress made with regard to the implementation and effects of the measures referred to in this Resolution by 1 January 1997".Festlegung der Bedingungen, die für eine gegenseitige Anerkennung der Konformität für alle Funkanlagen erforderlich sind; 4.2. UNTERSTREICHT die Bedeutung eines vergleichbaren und effektiven Zugangs zu den Märkten von Drittländern sowie die Bedeutung eines Rückgriffs - soweit irgend möglich - auf internationale Normen für die Technologien, Geräte und Dienste der Mobil- und der persönlichen Kommunikation; 6. NIMMT ZUR KENNTNIS, daß die Kommission beabsichtigt, die Schaffung eines europäischen Forums für Mobil- und persönliche Kommunikation zu unterstützen; 7. NIMMT die Vorschläge, die die Kommission in ihrer Mitteilung vorgelegt hat, ZUR KENNTNIS; 8. ERSUCHT die Kommission, dem Europäischen Parlament und dem Rat die Maßnahmen vorzuschlagen, die zur Erreichung der vorgenannten vorrangigen Ziele und zur Durchführung der vorgenannten wesentlichen ergänzenden Aktionen beitragen; 9. ERSUCHT DIE KOMMISSION, DEM EUROPÄISCHEN PARLAMENT UND DEM RAT über die Fortschritte bei der Durchführung der in dieser Entschließung vorgesehenen Maßnahmen und über deren Auswirkungen zum 1. Januar 1997 zu berichten".
