The second option is to follow the path of helping communities, cities and regions to resolve their housing problems by making support for housing and the refurbishment of housing estates one of our main priorities, and by providing local authorities with appropriate conditions and resources within the framework of the structural funds, whilst not overly restricting their ability to decide how to resolve the housing problems in their own areas.
Die zweite Option ist, den Weg der Hilfe für Gemeinden, Städte und Regionen bei der Lösung ihrer Wohnraumprobleme fortzusetzen, indem die Unterstützung für den Wohnungsbau und die Modernisierung von Wohnanlagen eine unserer Hauptprioritäten wird und die lokalen Behörden mit geeigneten Bedingungen und Mitteln im Rahmen der Strukturfonds ausgestattet werden, wobei ihre Fähigkeit zu entscheiden, wie sie die Wohnraumprobleme in ihren eigenen Gebieten lösen, nicht übermäßig eingeschränkt wird.
