Acknowledges that the Commission is discussing an amending Fees and Charges Regulation with a purpose to set up fees and charges in a way which would allow the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to organise its work for the duration of a project, while avoiding surpluses or shortfalls in the medium/long term; notes that the Commission will re-assess how to reduce the carryover of appropriation stemming from certification revenues by regular revision of the fees and charges level;
43. nimmt zur Kenntnis, dass die Kommission eine Änderung der Gebühren- und Entgeltverordnung erwägt, damit die Gebühren und Entgelte so festgelegt werden können, dass die Europäische Agentur für Flugsicherheit (EASA) ihre Arbeit für die Dauer eines Vorhabens organisieren kann, ohne dass mittel- und langfristig Überschüsse oder Engpässe auftreten; weist darauf hin, dass die Kommission erneut prüfen wird, wie die Übertragung von Mitteln, die aus Einkünften aus der Erteilung von Zulassungen stammen, durch eine regelmäßige Anpassung der Gebührenhöhe verringert werden können;
