In order to make the distinction between the annual meeting and the Monitoring Committees more clear, the Commission chose a number of key topics in the CSF on the basis of the problems encountered during the monitoring of programmes (POLIS operations part-financed by the regional programmes, the still incomplete information systems, follow-up to the results of controls) and because of their strategic importance: innovation, productivity and competitiveness in the Portuguese economy, involving a range of programmes such as OP Economy, OP Ciencia, OP Information Society, OP Employment and Human Resources and the regional programmes.
Um die jährliche Sitzung und die Begleitausschusssitzungen klarer voneinander zu unterscheiden, hat die Kommission eine Reihe von Schlüsselthemen des GFK ausgewäh
lt, die sich sowohl wegen der bei der Durchführung der Programme aufgetretenen Probleme (die über die Regionalprogramme kofinanzierten POLIS-Aktionen, noch unvollständige Informationssysteme, Weiterbehandlung der Ergebnisse der Kontrollmaßnahmen) als auch aus strategischen Gründen anboten. Es handelt sich um die Themen Innovation, Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der portugiesischen Wirtschaft, wobei eine ganze Reihe von Programmen wie z.B. das OP "Wirtschaft", das OP "Wis
...[+++]senschaft", das OP "Informationsgesellschaft", das OP "Beschäftigung und Humanressourcen" und die Regionalprogramme einbezogen wurden.
