Underlines the fundamental role of non-governmental organisations in the social and professional reintegration of prisoners, in particular women, and therefore asks Member States to encourage the development of these organisations" activities in the prison environment, including by increasing the funding allocated to them, making the conditions for access to prison by their members less rigid, and raising the awareness of prison staff as regards the need for good cooperation with these organisations;
33. weist auf die herausragende Rolle hin, die Nichtregierungsorganisationen bei der sozialen und beruflichen Wiedereingliederung der Inhaftierten, insbesondere der Frauen, spielen, und fordert die Mitgliedstaaten daher auf, die Entfaltung der Tätigkeiten dieser Organisationen im Strafvollzug zu fördern, namentlich durch eine Aufstockung der ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Mittel, eine Erleichterung des Zugangs ihrer Mitglieder zu den Haftanstalten und eine Sensibilisierung des Strafvollzugspersonals für die Notwendigkeit einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit diesen Akteuren;
