(b) "equity securities" means shares and other transferable securities equivalent to shares in companies, as well as any other type of transferable securities giving the right to acquire any of the aforementioned securities as a consequence of their being converted or the rights conferred by them being exercised at the discretion of the issuer, provided that, in the case of equity securities other than shares, those securities are issued by the issuer of the underlying shares or by an entity belonging to the group of the said issuer.
(b) "Dividendenwerte" Aktien und andere, Aktien gleichzustellende Wertpapiere sowie jede andere Art von übertragbarem Wertpapier, das das Recht verbrieft, bei Umwandlung des Wertpapiers oder Ausübung des verbrieften Rechts nach dem Ermessen des Emittenten die erstgenannten Wertpapiere zu erwerben; Voraussetzung hierfür ist, dass bei Dividendenwerten, bei denen es sich nicht um Aktien handelt, diese Wertpapiere vom Emittenten der zugrunde liegenden Aktien oder von einer zur Unternehmensgruppe dieses Emittenten gehörenden Stelle begeben wurden;
