Whereas for the purpose of adjusting the levy on raw
sugar according to yield, as required by Article 14 (3) of Regulation No 1009/67/EEC, yield should be calculated in accorda
nce with the method prescribed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 431/68 2 of 9 April 1968 laying down the standard quality for raw sugar and fixing the Community frontier crossing point for calculating c.i.f. prices for sugar ; whereas the adjustment should be made by means of a coefficient expressing the ratio between the yield of the imported raw sugar concerned

Um die in Artikel 14 Absatz 3 der Verordnung Nr. 1009/67/EWG vorgeschriebene Berichtigung der Abschöpfung auf Rohzucker entsprechend dem Rendement vorzunehmen, empfiehlt es sich, die in der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 431/68 des Rates vom 9. April 1968 über die Bestimmung der Standardqualität für Rohzucker und des Grenzuebergangsorts der Gemeinschaft für die Berechnung der cif-Preise für Zucker (1) vorgeschriebene Berechnung des Rendements heranzuziehen.
