(-1) It should be remembered that one of the aims of the common agricultural policy is to raise agricultural productivity by developing technical progress, while safeguarding the rational development of agricultural production and making optimum use of the factors of production, including labour, thus safeguarding a fair standard of living for the agricultural population, particularly by raising the individual earnings of those working in agriculture.
(-1) Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Gemeinsame Agrarpolitik unter anderem das Ziel verfolgt, die Produktivität der Landwirtschaft zu steigern, indem der technische Fortschritt gefördert wird, die rationelle Entwicklung der Agrarproduktion sowie der bestmögliche Einsatz der Produktionsfaktoren, insbesondere der Arbeitskräfte, gewährleistet werden und so eine angemessene Lebenshaltung der landwirtschaftlichen Bevölkerung sichergestellt wird, insbesondere durch Erhöhung des Pro-Kopf-Einkommens der in der Landwirtschaft tätigen Personen.
