However, in relation to taxes or duties, customs and exchange, execution of the judgment or, where applicable, the probation decision may not be refused on the grounds that the law of the executing State does not impose the same kind of tax or duty or does not contain the same type of rules as regards taxes or duties, customs and exchange regulations as the law of the issuing State.
In Steuer-, Zoll- und Währungsangelegenheiten kann die Vollstreckung des Urteils oder gegebenenfalls der Bewährungsentscheidung nicht aus dem Grund abgelehnt werden, dass das Recht des Vollstreckungsstaats keine gleichartigen Steuern vorschreibt oder keine gleichartigen Steuer-, Zoll- und Währungsbestimmungen enthält wie das Recht des Ausstellungsstaats.
