(b) in drawing up the plan, account shall be taken of the specific situation of the institution, in particular the asset/liability structure, risk profile, liquidity plan, the age profile of the members entitled to receive retirement benefits, start-up schemes and schemes changing from non-funding or partial funding to full funding.
b) Bei der Erstellung des Plans ist die besondere Situation der Einrichtung zu berücksichtigen, insbesondere die Struktur ihrer Aktiva und Passiva, ihr Risikoprofil, ihr Liquiditätsplan, das Altersprofil der Versorgungsberechtigten, die Tatsache, dass es sich um ein neu geschaffenes System handelt oder um ein System, das vom Umlageverfahren bzw. der teilweisen Kapitaldeckung zur vollständigen Kapitaldeckung übergeht.
